Seoul Outdoor Library
It operates from September 5 to November 2 in the area between Seoul Plaza and Gwanghwamun Plaza along Cheonggyecheon. In September, it opens at night from 4 PM to 10 PM, and from late October, it switches to daytime operation from 11 AM to 6 PM.
This year, to enhance immersion, three natural background sounds featuring sky, mountain, and water sounds are provided via QR code. If events or rain coincide, some areas may take a break, so it is advisable to check the announcements before visiting. Operating information is updated regularly on the Seoul city guide and official site.

Ulsan Taehwa River National Garden Picnic
The picnic area at Taehwa River National Garden will be held every Saturday and Sunday from September 13 to October 12, from 1 PM to 9 PM. Comfortable seating is created with bean bags and parasols, and about 3,000 books are available for anyone to read on-site.
Small programs such as puppet shows and bookmark-making experiences will continue every weekend. If it rains or there are strong winds, notices of non-operation will be posted, so it is safer to check the Ulsan Library announcements and local cultural portal first.

Busan Sea Library
It will be open every Saturday and Sunday from September 20 to October 19, from 2 PM to 8 PM, at Dadaepo Beach and the beach park area. Recommended book exhibitions and outdoor reading zones are basic, and music and art programs will add rhythm to the weekends.
The schedule and access information for each session are organized on the Busan Cultural Foundation's official page, and it may be temporarily suspended in case of rain.
Viewing Tips
All three programs are free to use. Seoul is relatively quiet during early weekdays, and Ulsan and Busan are relaxed right after opening. Due to the nature of outdoor operations, changes may occur with same-day notices, so it is good to check the official announcements of each city before departure.
