Jane Goodall (1934~2025) Born in London, England in 1934. Passed away at the age of 91 on October 1, 2025, during a lecture tour in California, USA. At the age of 26 in 1960, she entered Gombe National Park in Tanzania, opening the horizons of chimpanzee research. At that time, the scientific community criticized her for naming animals instead of numbering them and claiming they had emotions and personalities. However, her observations ultimately changed the paradigm of primatology.

Leo Baekeland (1863~1944). A chemist who invented the world's first synthetic resin 'Bakelite' in 1907. This material, which does not burn, insulates electricity, and is lightweight and strong, was soon called a 'miraculous substance' and changed the landscape of 20th-century industry and daily life.
